Why cant the city and church get their act together and have it on the same weekend? Lots of people would like to attend both but wont be able to?

 We'd love to take in both celebrations, but no way can we do both on separate weekends. Who can, except for locals? Also, where are people from out of state finding places to stay? We have no relatives left in the area and I know the motel situation isn't good. Any ideas? We don't want to have to stay in Williston, it's too far away. Thanks for any input on this!
